Aircraft Decontamination

AeroClave's Aircraft Decontamination Systems are the only systems in the world capable of fully decontaminating the interior and exterior of large military aircraft in a single process. The closed-loop design uses an air-tight, insulated enclosure to fully encapsulate a contaminated aircraft. Our advanced, precision-control technology then uniformly raises the temperature and relative humidity levels inside the aircraft to predetermined conditions, for a predetermined period of time, before returning the aircraft and its contents to ambient conditions. This unique (heat + humidity) process has proven to fully neutralize chemical and biological threats from any aircraft and can be deployed to any location in the world to immediately restore contaminated assets to full operational status.

Rotorcraft Decontamination

Utilizing the same (heat + humidity) technology developed for the U.S. military's JBADS program, AeroClave's Rotorcraft Decontamination Systems are designed to operate in any environment. These rapidly deployable systems are equipped with large, hydro-swing doors and ruggedized, insulated floor systems that allow rotorcraft and other equipment to be easily moved in and out of the system for repeated use. Scalable to any specification, these systems provide users the ability to immediately restore contaminated rotorcraft to full operational status without ever having to leave the battlefield.

Aircraft Mold Mitigation

Known as "JBADS-Lite", AeroClave's Mold Mitigation Systems have proven highly effective at elimating mold from the interior of any aircraft. Unlike our larger decontamination systems that use a sfully sealed enclosure to encapsulate the aircraft, JBADS-Lite connects directly to the aircraft through a series of ducts and custom-made door interfaces. Once connected, the system's advaned controls circulate hot, humid air throughout the interior of the plane, uniformly raising the temperature and relative humidity inside to 165°F and 50% RH for at least 12 hours to elimate any mold spores present in the aircraft.
